Nickel Plating is primarily a decorative type of finish Parts range from washers to pins and eyelets used for glass to metal seals for electronic applications.

Barrel Plating using our fully automatic plating machines maintains uniform quality and reduces cost on small and large production orders. Our machines are capable of producing two tons of parts per hour.

Rack Plating using our fully automatic machines can plate parts up to 11 feet long with clear, yellow or black chromate to meet commercial or government specifications.

Tumbling

Deburring removes burrs and finishes edges on manufactured parts. Deburring is necessary on unfinished materials with burrs that are above the accepted level. Deburring is done by tumbling parts in a barrel or a vibratory bowl, along with finishing media.

Passivating is used on all types of stainless steel. It removes oil, grease and metal particles, leaving the part clean and resistant to oxidation.
